Hi, I’m Stephan Brusche, but most people online know me as iSteef. I’m a visual artist based in Rotterdam who turned a humble banana into a global creative phenomenon.

It all started with a quick doodle on a banana during my lunch break back in 2011. What began as a spontaneous experiment soon grew into a daily creative ritual—and eventually a signature art form. Over the years, my banana art has traveled across the internet, appeared in international media, and even inspired workshops, exhibitions, and collaborations with major brands.

But I don’t just draw on bananas. I also create comics, illustrations, and visual stories that mix humor, curiosity, and everyday wonder. Whether it’s a social media campaign, a live art performance, or a quirky digital artwork, I love finding fresh, fun ways to surprise and delight people.

My mission? To show that creativity has no limits—and that sometimes, the most unexpected ideas (and fruits!) can spark the biggest smiles.
